ALL products sent from China include tracking.This takes about 12-28 days normally; however international shipment delivery times are impossible to predict. If there is a hold-up it is always at the receiving country, due to customs procedures, bad weather, security，COVID-19... (For example, in the USA, the Homeland Security procedures can delay packages severely on occasion). So PLEASE BE PATIENT。
The vast majority of orders we send out arrive at their destination without issue. Occasionally some orders get delayed at customs. In these instances we ask that you please be patient and wait one month before contacting us.
Very occasionally a delivery does not make it to its destination. In these instances, after one month, we will offer a full refund。
